After seeing how Judi quilted her puppy quilt I also did mine in vertical undulating lines but closer together because of the emptier space. I thought it was going to be awful but I liked the texture of the final result.

As a less successful effort I made a two fabric rail fence sample for the Quay quilters beginners. Fortunately I had a better three fabric one I had made earlier to demonstrate hand quilting. This one uses a pretty vintage nursery print and has been quilted and sent to Linus.

I also quilted and bound someone else's UFO for Linus.
Also finally this autumn the couple of quilts labelled and earmarked for Q4CL were due to be parcelled up and sent off. |

I like the quilting on that quilt..... The lines look good......
