Our goal for Friday was a complete feathered star. I'm pleased I've finished mine which took all day as I was sewing with friends and doing lots of chatting.
Very pretty results. Long ago I made a feathered star quilt for my SIL using turquoise and purples. Your block was a reminder of putting all those pieces together.

It's beautiful! You must have been cutting and sewing quickly to get that done in a day as well as managing to chat!
