Oast UFO Day

My log cabins underway

About 14-16 members of Oast Quilters gathered to work on our own projects and enjpyed sewing together, seeing what others were doing and making good progress with out own work. There were several workshop projects to be completed, items for craft fairs and in my case chain piecing  6 inch log cabins for the final pieced border of my version of the Bonnie Quilters' frame quilt.

Alison's quilt top started in an FOQ workshop
with Jan Hassard

Detail of Infinity Squares quilt.

Mollie's appliqued bunch of flowers (she usually
does a basket) with 3D bow.

Jill with super stars

Sheila calmly handquilting.

Heather's jolly Paddington Bear alphabet quilt with
appliqued raised circles.

Belinda's tumbling blocks variation started in
Gyleen Fitzgerald's workshop is getting bigger.

Julia with one of the many dolls
stuffed on the day and now
this one has a pretty dress to wear.
